Koreans, and Asians in a larger context, have been underrepresented and underserved, especially in the post-Trump era everywhere. Coupled by the female factor, Korean female educators have not much had their voices in the academia and calls for a new narrative about who we are, and how we can make a difference. This is in line with increasing need for diversity and inclusion and will ultimately shape a more complete picture of our profession.
