Through this pedagogical approach and activity below, we seek to shift the paradigm of student awareness of inclusion, diversity, equity, and equity practices in and through public relations campaign courses in order to shift the paradigm of practices that do not consider IDEA in strategy formulation. Through learning how to apply the Diversity & Inclusion Wheel for PR Practitioners, students can then operationalize this tool to build strategic campaigns that encompass IDEA principles.
