Leadership is a hot topic. Many educators assume twice exceptional, ELL, and/or gifted students from poverty possess leadership strengths and expect them to lead naturally. As with any potentiality, gifted abilities in leadership require development. Embrace a new concept for leadership that offers gifted students four leadership ways, or frames, and creates new perspectives to allow leaders an understanding of how to lead from differing perspectives.
Participants will be able to:
1. Demonstrate familiarity with the four frames of leadership in order to increase these abilities in their 2e, ELL, and gifted students from poverty.
2. Undertake leadership activities to use the four frames with their gifted students.
