2012 Exhibitor General Information

Welcome to RPA's Packaging in Paradise, our 23rd annual tradeshow and conference. Manufacturers, distributors, and manufacturer's representatives find RPA's event to be an excellent venue to network, develop new business, and market to the largest annual meeting of retail packaging professionals nationwide. Exhibitors must be producers or manufacturers of retail packaging products or providers of services that benefit RPA members. The RPA Board approves all applications to Exhibit.

Schedule Overview - February 24-26, 2012
Friday 2/24 - Exhibitor Move-In 9 AM to 5 PM (Las Olas Ballroom) and 1 to 5 PM (Atlantic Ballroom)
Saturday 2/25 - Show Open 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Sunday 2/26 - Show Open 10:00 AM to 2 PM Move Out - 2 to 5:30 PM

Booth Fees*
First 10' x 10' = $2,820 Each additional 10' x 10' = $2,470

*At least a 50% deposit is required within 30 days of reservation date. A 5% discount may be requested by those exhibitors who intend to pay in full by credit card.
